There are two way that you can chat with "Whatsapp" on pc. Just you need a Computer/PC and a active phone number. For first process you need only a pc and a any mobile phone. But for second process you need one smart phone and a Computer.
For first process atfirst you have to install one android simulator. Some list of simulators are given below:
1.BlueStack.
2.Andy.
3.Droid4x.
4.Genymotion.
5.etc...
After completed installation process you need to login on google play store and type "Whatsapp". Then install whatsapp by follow all instructions. But it allocate extra ram on your computer. So the better is the second process which is called "whatsapp web".
In this procedure you need a smart phone.
Before you start the process, make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp installed on your phone.
1. Open https://web.whatsapp.com/ in Google Chrome as the new service currently works only in the Chrome browser.
2. In Chrome, you will see a QR code that you need to scan with your phone to log in.
3. To scan the code, go to WhatsApp and look for WhatsApp Web. Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry and Nokia S60 users can find "WhatsApp Web" in Menu of WhatsApp, while BlackBerry 10 users need to swipe down from top of the app screen to go to "WhatsApp Web". Tap on it and scan the QR code opened on your computer.
4. WhatsApp connects to your phone to sync messages. WhatsApp for Web is simply an extension of your phone. The Web browser mirrors conversations and messages from your mobile device - this means all of your messages still live on your phone.
5. You can now start a new chat right from your computer. Your phone needs to stay connected to the Internet for WhatsApp to work on your desktop.
WhatsApp for Web also allows users to turn on desktop notifications right from their browser so that even when your browser is minimised you get alerts for any new messages. One possible downside with WhatsApp for Web is that it allows only one Web session at a time.

Searching is one of the most popular activities on the internet. Search engines have become an essential part of everyone’s lives.
Google's search engine is a powerful tool.Is there anyone who hasn’t heard of Google? The vast majority of searchers turn to Google. Indeed, Google defines searching to the degree that some people say they “googled” something as a synonym for searching.
Despite its dominance, Google’s not alone in the search world. Its chief rivals are Yahoo and Microsoft’s Bing search engine. Bing even has a few people saying they “Bing It” rather than “Google It.”
Search by Keywords:
Searching is all about keywords – the better keywords you give to the search engine, the better results you receive back. Brainstorm what you’re really looking for and type in the keywords as such. For example: “Google tips tricks” is better than “what are the tips and tricks for Google?” because it allows Google to search for the right words without including the other avoidable words.

Windows 7 operating system is a upgrade OS of Windows 7 .In Windows 7, you have to rely on the third-party program called Startup Sound Changer. Just download it and run it. Thankfully, it doesn’t install anything on your system, so you can just delete it once you are finished.
startup sound changer
The program is very easy to use. Click Play to hear the current startup sound, Replace to change the startup sound and Restore to revert back to the original startup sound.
The only other thing you have to check a setting under Sound in Control Panel. Click on the Sounds tab and make sure the Play Windows Startup sound box is checked.

Once you do that, you should hear your new startup sound when you log onto Windows. Note that you can still use the Sound Control Panel settings to change other sounds like shown for Windows XP. For example, you can click on Windows Logoff, click on Browse and pick a different WAV file. This will work just fine.
1.Click the Start menu and select "Control Panel".
2.Open "Sounds and Audio Devices".
3.Click the "Sounds" tab.
4.Scroll down and select the "Start Windows" entry.
5.Click the "Browse" button to search your computer for a new sound. It must be in WAV format.
